| Our Pony Program As well as there being the ever-present need for trustworthy athletic ponies for youth, more and more adults are discovering the talent, kind intelligence, and overall appeal of the wonderful "American Sport Pony." Through careful breeding selection combined with consistent handling we are time and time again turning out ponies who are extremely trainable AND well-suited for children, amateurs, and seniors. In addition to the sport pony prospects we also occasionally choose to breed for a nice typey Quarter Pony. These foals, sired by our stallion Legendary, who is IQPA-approved/registered, are eligible for registration with the International Quarter Pony Association. All foals sired by Tyfi are eligible for either full or half-Welsh papers with the Welsh Pony and Cob Society of America (WPCSA). No mares were bred in 2007. Four will be bred to Tyfi in '08, see below. |
